The Kettering Fund, a private grantmaking foundation, was founded July 1, 1958 by Charles F. Kettering, renowned inventor, businessman and philanthropist. The Fund is located in Dayton, Ohio and fiscally managed by co-trustees JPMorgan and a member of the Kettering family.

The mission of The Kettering Fund is to support scientific, medical, social and educational studies and research conducted by nonprofit, charitable organizations that are located and/or provide service in Ohio.
